Nutrition Counselling
Our NDs know that proper nutrition is one of the keys to good health. We provide personalized recommendations based off of each person’s individual needs in order to ensure that you are receiving high quality, nutritionally dense foods that will help you thrive. We also implement a realistic, habit-based approach to nutrition in order to address the limitations of fad diets or crash diets.
Lab Testing
Our NDs utilize a functional medicine based approach to lab testing. They have received training in utilizing and interpreting tests such as:
- Food sensitivity testing
- Lyme disease/vector borne illness testing
- Comprehensive hormone analysis
- Inflammatory markers
- Routine blood work (CBC, vitamin D, vitamin B12, thyroid function, cholesterol markers, blood sugar levels, etc)
