Mindfulness for Stress and Pain Management (MSPM)

Participants will learn the following skills:

  • Fundamentals of mindfulness and meditation
  • Experiential practices of various meditation techniques
  • What is stress and how to manage it better
  • The importance of nutrition, physical activity, and sleep for improved wellness
  • Self-compassion
  • Visualizations and guided imagery
  • The healing power of Creative Expression

The evening group course is delivered once a week for 11 weeks and involves engaged listening and participation.
