- Experiential practices of various meditation techniques
- What is stress and how to manage it better
- The importance of nutrition, physical activity, and sleep for improved wellness
- Self-compassion
- Visualizations and guided imagery
- The healing power of Creative Expression
The evening group course is delivered once a week for 11 weeks and involves engaged listening and participation.
