In our interactions with patients and referring health care providers:

  • We use “best practice guidelines” so that all treatments we offer are safe and supported by evidence
  • We value our relationship with referring health care providers and communicate closely with family doctors and other health practitioners

We expect, in turn, that patients:

  • treat our staff with respect and courtesy 
  • arrive on time
  • have realistic expectations as to the outcome of our treatments

We also expect that referring physicians will provide us with adequate information and proper referrals, so that we can assist their patients in an efficient and timely manner
