Mindfulness Drop-In Class Schedule for 2019
The Mindfulness Drop-In Class is open to all past participants of the Mindfulness For Stress and Pain Management (MSPM) 11-week course.
Below are the dates for the upcoming classes. All classes are held on a Tuesday from 7-8pm. Please RSVP your attendance at least 24 hours before the scheduled class you wish to attend. There is a limited number of spots available so please fill out the form below to reserve your spot!
There is a $10 fee for each drop-in class. Kindly pay in cash upon arrival. (Credit Card/Debit will not be accepted.)
