At the Pain & Wellness Centre, we believe in offering a patient-centered approach to therapy that utilizes clinical research, clinical experience and patient preference to guide our treatments. We combine traditional multi-faceted pain management strategies and corrective rehabilitation or exercise into each visit. Our goal is to equip you with helpful pain management strategies and through exercise, increase your physical durability. This will result in you being able to better tolerate the physical demands of your everyday activities.
