We are all in a state of flux and flow and learning to adapt to the “new normal” while still maintaining a sense of calm may seem impossible. Anxiety is through the roof and we may notice an increased level of irritability, frustration and fear.
It is so important to be able to ride the wave of uncertainty with a strong heart and courageous spirit, that is why we need our mindfulness practice more than ever!
Please join me for an hour of contemplation, meditation, and mindful discussion around the topic of how to keep our sanity during the Covid Pandemic.
