Louisa is a Psychotherapy Student and Mind/Body Coach currently completing her practicum hours under the clinical supervision of Dr. Karen Spivak. She works with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, chronic pain, depression, and a sense of disconnection or lack of purpose.
Louisa integrates mindfulness, breathwork, cognitive-behavioural strategies, and self-regulation techniques to help clients strengthen the mind-body connection and navigate life’s challenges with greater awareness and resilience. Her holistic approach emphasizes the importance of understanding how thoughts, emotions, and perceptions influence overall well-being.
She holds a BA and MA from York University, a Master of Education, and a Certificate in Applied Mindfulness and Meditation from the University of Toronto. Louisa is also certified in Mindfulness-Based Chronic Pain Management (MBCPM) and Life Coaching through the ICF-accredited iPEC program.
